this article emphatically discussed and analyzed following points : load command feed forward function can improve the rapid respond character of steam turbine generator; lead of load command have advance control function on boiler main control and can highly improve the stability of main steam pressure; the use of predict control and state space variable function can improve the quality of boiler steam temperature control effectively, control the steam temperature in the defined range and increase the boiler and turbine life and efficiency even if working state changed in a big range; linear compensation can restrain the vibration of generator load in the condition of big loa d change 本文重點(diǎn)討論、分析提出負(fù)荷指令前饋?zhàn)饔每梢蕴岣咂啺l(fā)電機(jī)快速響應(yīng)特性;負(fù)荷指令的導(dǎo)前功能對(duì)鍋爐主控有超前控制作用,能顯著提高主蒸汽壓力的穩(wěn)定性;采用預(yù)測(cè)及狀態(tài)空間法能有效改進(jìn)鍋爐蒸汽溫度控制品質(zhì),在大幅度工況變化下仍有效控制蒸汽溫度在額定范圍內(nèi),提高鍋爐、汽輪機(jī)壽命及其效率;汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組的快速響應(yīng)性與汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組負(fù)荷振蕩問題間的平衡關(guān)系,采用線性補(bǔ)償可以有效抑制在負(fù)荷變化梯度較大情況下發(fā)電機(jī)負(fù)荷振蕩問題。
